Dear Members & Friends of An Grianan,

We are so looking forward to opening the doors of An Grianan, we have been using this time to upgrade some of the rooms, added a lick of paint to some of the woodwork and we are hoping that works will be completed by mid-August.  

Please be assured that your safety is our priority and we are working very hard behind the scenes to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests and staff.   We have reviewed our standards of hygiene and introduced new procedures, we are also following guidelines from the HSE and HSA to minimise the risks to our guests and staff. Online training courses and certification will be completed by all our staff prior to their return to work, and we ask that our guests follow healthcare and government guidelines regarding handwashing, respiratory etiquette and Covid-19.

Arts Weekend

Places are  booking up so for those interested in Arts Weekend get in touch to book your place. The courses available are: Drama, Singing for Pleasure, Ceramic Pottery, Acrylic Painting, Silk Painting (Intermediate), effective public speaking, Glass Etching and Decorative Panels.

Arts weekend 2020 and Handcraft 2020 have both been rescheduled for March 2021.
Arts Weekend 2021 will take place from 5th – 7th March.

Handcraft Week

To ensure social distancing can be adhered to, Handcraft Week will next year run as follows

Week 1 – 22nd – 26th March
Week 2 – 26th – 30th March

Places have been allocated to all attendees and you will receive your confirmation letter shortly.

We are now taking bookings and we look forward to welcoming our guests back to An Grianan very soon.
